What we collect, and why.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner; until then Google receives anonymous, cookieless signals only. We don't use advertising features and don't sell data.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

If you use the website assistant, the contact form or a voice call, what you write or say and the contact details you give are stored on our own server so we can reply. Messages are processed by AI model providers to generate answers, and calls by our voice provider. Enquiries are scored automatically so the team can prioritise them.

Live statistics on this site are aggregated and contain no personal data.

Text you write on the lead-scoring demo is read by a paid AI model (never a free tier that may train on it), scored and kept in our audit log as a demo entry: it never counts as an enquiry, is never sent to a CRM or an alert, and is never shared. Please don't enter real personal data there. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms a person is using the page; scores are limited per network address and per day.

A document you drop on the Docket try-it page is stored in a session of its own and erased, with everything read from it, 30 minutes after the session opens or as soon as you press Erase. It is read by AI models through providers that agree not to store or train on it, and it is never added to our data, statistics or supplier lists. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms a person is using the page; we count uploads per visitor with a daily keyed hash of the network address, never the address itself.

The Dossier demo builds a synthetic applicant (an invented name, address and documents) and checks the pack in a session of its own, erased with everything read from it 30 minutes after the session opens or as soon as you press Erase. If you add one of your own documents instead, the same applies: it is read through providers that agree not to store or train on it and is never added to our data or statistics. Please don't upload a real passport or ID card, or anyone else's documents. The same Cloudflare Turnstile check and keyed daily hash of the network address limit how much one visitor can run.

If you connect an AI assistant to our MCP server, it gets the same sandbox as the try-it pages: documents and synthetic packs live in a session of your own and are erased with everything read from them 30 minutes after it opens. Signing in sets one cookie on the server's own address so we recognise you next time and keep your limits; your network address is used only as a keyed daily hash to limit new sign-ins. For each tool call we keep which tool, the size of what was sent (never the content), whether it worked, how long it took and the id it produced.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to erase it by writing to support@adaptivesystems.dev. Erasure removes your messages and contact details from every record; anonymous counts stay.
