AI Receptionist

A voice agent that answers questions, checks your calendar and books or cancels appointments, using only your own facts.

The problem

Calls come in while the team is busy or the office is closed. Each missed call is a booking that goes to a competitor, and a generic voice bot that guesses opening hours or prices does more harm than voicemail.

What we build

  • A voice agent with your business name, greeting and voice, in a browser widget on your site and on your own phone number (proven on our US demo line).
  • Tools that read availability from your hours and booking rules, book a slot, and cancel by booking number.
  • If a slot is taken, the caller hears three alternatives instead of an error.
  • After every call: a signed webhook stores the summary and whether a booking was made, and alerts you.
  • Confirmation and reminder emails with a one-click cancel link, and a two-way Google Calendar sync: move or delete an appointment in your calendar and the booking, the customer and the reminders follow.

Guardrails

  • Hours, prices, address and services come from a config file, never from the model's memory.
  • The agent may only say "booked" or "cancelled" when the booking tool returned that result.
  • Which business a call belongs to comes from a per-business secret, never from anything said on the call.
  • Call length, daily call count and concurrency are capped in config.

Other modules

See them run on real data.

The apps run real models on every click, so they sit behind a password. Ask for a login or a guided walkthrough: talk to our AI receptionist in Front Desk, drop invoices into Docket, or load forged applicants into Dossier. Or try them in public: score a lead, read your invoice, forge an applicant, or connect Docket and Dossier to Claude. Or hire us to build yours.
