Self-hosted Automation
The whole stack (n8n, APIs, vector database, monitoring and backups) installed on a server you own.
The problem
SaaS automation tools get expensive per task and keep your customer data on someone else's servers. Self-hosting is cheaper and private, but only if somebody sets it up properly.
What we build
- Docker Compose stack: n8n, FastAPI services, Postgres + pgvector, Redis, behind nginx with TLS.
- Uptime monitoring with a public or private status page and Telegram alerts.
- Nightly backups with checksums and a real restore test, not just a dump that nobody has ever restored.
- A post-boot check that confirms every service and public endpoint came back.
Guardrails
- Databases bind to localhost only. Public hosts expose an explicit allowlist of paths.
- Rate limits on every public endpoint, and intrusion bans for brute-force attempts.
- Secrets live in environment files and never in the code or the logs.
See them run on real data.
The apps run real models on every click, so they sit behind a password. Ask for a login or a guided walkthrough: talk to our AI receptionist in Front Desk, drop invoices into Docket, or load forged applicants into Dossier. Or try them in public: score a lead, read your invoice, forge an applicant, or connect Docket and Dossier to Claude. Or hire us to build yours.
