AI Support Bot

Answers customer questions from your documents and your hard facts, shows its sources, and says so when the answer isn't there.

The problem

Most support questions repeat: hours, prices, policies, how-tos. Chatbots that make answers up are worse than none, because one invented price or policy costs more than the time saved.

What we build

  • Your help pages, PDFs and policies split into sections and stored in a vector database (pgvector).
  • Hard facts such as hours, holidays, prices of named services, address and contact are answered from your profile file, not generated.
  • Questions with several parts get each part answered ("when do you close on Saturday and how much is a crown?").
  • Every answer cites numbered sources with the exact sentence it relied on.

Guardrails

  • Nothing relevant in your documents means a refusal, not a guess.
  • Any price, time, phone number or email in an answer that isn't in the retrieved text means the answer is blocked.
  • Prompt-injection and jailbreak attempts are refused before the model runs.
  • A consistency check flags documents that contradict your profile (for example old opening hours).

Other modules

See them run on real data.

The apps run real models on every click, so they sit behind a password. Ask for a login or a guided walkthrough: talk to our AI receptionist in Front Desk, drop invoices into Docket, or load forged applicants into Dossier. Or try them in public: score a lead, read your invoice, forge an applicant, or connect Docket and Dossier to Claude. Or hire us to build yours.
